The Wild Coral Philosophy

Healing does not happen all at once.
It happens slowly, in moments of connection, movement, release, restoration, and care.
Wild Coral was created to support the body, mind, heart and nervous system through both private wellness services and immersive community experiences — each offering a different path toward reconnection and recovery. Click the buttons below to learn more about each offering.

Wild Coral Wellness

Cryotherapy-
Targeted cryotherapy uses controlled, localized cold therapy to support the body’s natural recovery response and provide temporary relief for pain, inflammation, muscular tension, and overuse injuries. Unlike full-body cryotherapy chambers, targeted cryotherapy focuses directly on specific problem areas using a handheld cryotherapy device. Sessions are typically brief, lasting around 10–20 minutes depending on the treatment area and individual goals. Cryotherapy is commonly used to support recovery from athletic strain, tendon and joint discomfort, repetitive use injuries, swelling, muscle soreness, headaches, chronic pain conditions, and inflammation-related discomfort.
For many chronic conditions or injuries, more frequent sessions at closer intervals may be recommended initially to support consistent recovery before transitioning into occasional maintenance treatments over time. Because cryotherapy affects circulation and temperature response within the body, it may not be appropriate for individuals with certain cardiovascular conditions, severe cold sensitivity, Raynaud’s syndrome, reduced sensation, pregnancy, or other medical concerns. All clients complete a wellness screening prior to treatment to help determine whether cryotherapy is an appropriate fit.
