My Philosophy

At Wild Coral, I believe in the power of integrated wellness. My studio combines mind-body coaching, somatic practices, and cryotherapy to support a multidimensional approach to healing. Pain is not only physical; our thoughts, stress responses, and expectations can heighten the brain’s perception of pain, leading the body to brace or guard against discomfort. That guarding can create more tension, restrict movement, and intensify pain, forming a self-reinforcing loop. The Tri-Flow Method is designed to help interrupt that cycle by addressing the mind, nervous system, and body together. This work extends beyond the studio through nervous system regulation support that helps you build practical tools for navigating stress, reducing protective tension, and creating greater ease in daily life.
Meet Allie
Allie Sutton is the founder of Wild Coral Wellness and the creator of the Tri-Flow Method™, an integrative wellness approach that combines localized cryotherapy, mind-body coaching, and nervous system regulation to support whole-person well-being.
Before founding Wild Coral, Allie spent years as a professional service dog trainer, specializing in training service dogs for individuals with disabilities. She worked extensively with autism service dogs as well as psychiatric service dogs trained to assist individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health-related disabilities. Her work centered on understanding subtle, nonverbal communication, building trust between dog and handler, and coaching clients through the learning process. As she worked with children and adults, Allie recognized that moments of dysregulation were often the most valuable learning opportunities. By pairing service dog training with nervous system regulation strategies, she helped clients practice returning to regulation repeatedly over time, supporting the development of greater resilience, confidence, and adaptive coping skills that extended well beyond working with their dogs.
Driven by a desire to better support her clients, Allie completed formal training in somatic practices with the intention of integrating body-based regulation techniques into her autism service dog programs. As she began applying these practices in her own life, she experienced meaningful improvements in her ability to regulate stress and navigate the demands of daily life. Inspired by that experience, she continued her education in mind-body coaching to deepen her understanding of behavior change, nervous system regulation, and the connection between mental and physical well-being.
As her own chronic health challenges made the physical demands of professional dog training increasingly difficult, Allie began exploring new ways to continue serving others. During her personal search for wellness tools, she became particularly interested in localized cryotherapy and its potential role in supporting comfort, recovery, and overall well-being.
Her curiosity led to extensive independent research into cold exposure, fascia, circulation, movement, and nervous system regulation. Combined with a brief experience working in healthcare and years of continuing education, she began exploring thoughtful, unconventional ways of integrating localized cryotherapy with coaching and somatic principles to create a more comprehensive wellness experience.
From that exploration, the Tri-Flow Method™ was born.
Rather than viewing cryotherapy as a standalone service, the Tri-Flow Method integrates localized cryotherapy with mind-body coaching and practical nervous system regulation skills. The goal is to help clients better understand their stress responses, develop tools they can use in everyday life, and support greater comfort, resilience, mobility, and overall well-being.
In addition to the Tri-Flow Method, Allie offers standalone localized cryotherapy sessions for clients seeking support for post-exercise recovery, everyday aches and discomfort, or localized areas of tension, as well as for those who simply prefer cryotherapy without the coaching component. She also facilitates workshops and community experiences designed to encourage self-discovery, meaningful connection, and personal growth. Drawing from neuroscience-informed, health-centered practices—and, when appropriate and with full client choice, incorporating traditional ceremonial elements inspired by indigenous practices—these experiences invite participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection with others and their community.
Wild Coral Wellness reflects the culmination of Allie's passion for education, curiosity, and lifelong learning. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that meaningful, lasting change is most sustainable when the mind, nervous system, and body are supported together. Whether through localized cryotherapy, coaching, or community experiences, her mission is to provide practical tools, compassionate guidance, and a welcoming space where clients can explore wellness, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves in ways that extend far beyond the studio.
