Burn & Bloom: An Aries Full Moon Experience

Burn & Bloom is a women-only evening created around the bold, fiery energy of the Aries Full Moon—a time traditionally associated with courage, release, self-trust, and making space for a new chapter.

We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement to help you arrive in your body, settle into the space, and start releasing tension through movement and awareness. From there, guests will be invited to participate in an optional cacao and rapé circle. Participation in either offering is completely voluntary, and you are welcome to attend the full event without partaking in either.

Afterward, we’ll move into a deeply restorative sound bath, giving the body and nervous system space to slow down, integrate, and receive. The evening will close with a guided release ceremony, offering an intentional opportunity to reflect on what you are ready to let go of and what you want…
